He guides organizations and employees to achieve learning and performance excellence while documenting learning experiences through photography.
From Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana to Teach For America educator in Washington, DC, to L&D consultant in Georgia State University's Talent Management Office, Jim remains a curious, lifelong learner who specializes in optimizing learning through instructional design.
Beyond improving the learning experience and helping others through professional development, he enjoys spending time with his family. He also travels to far away places to connect with and learn from people and cultures while bringing back inspiring ideas and memories.
